About Us

Arte Mexico is owned and operated by Kathy Aller and Diane Perez out of Wakulla County Florida.  We have been in business for eight years and have recently incorporated as: Arte Mexico, LLC.  We are proud of the businesses current success and are excited about its future potential for growth. 

In addition to our experience operating Arte Mexico, LLC, our careers have given us the knowledge and background to better serve you.  Kathy is a "Spanish" High school teacher and has been teaching for over 23 years.  Diane is an "Art" teacher  and has been teaching for over 27 years.  Both of us share a passion for the Culture, Traditions and Arts and Crafts of the Mexican people. 

Several times a year we travel to Mexico and visit the Artists and Craftsman in the local towns and villages to hand select high quality Spanish and Indian Indigenous Mexican Folk Art.  Often we travel by bus or taxi to remote villages and spend eight to ten hours a day evaluating product artistic qualities, bartering, and negotiating with vendors for a fare price. 

After a week or so of shopping, we personally and carefully package and preserve each item for shipment.  We deal directly with the Shipping Broker and Items are shipped to us in Wakulla County Florida.  This personalized approach allows us to offer our Mexican Folk art products at a substantial discount to you.
